Join us once again
as we connect with hundreds of thousands
of Jews worldwide to celebrate
one Shabbat/Shabbos together.
(Full schedule below)
From 23rd October at sundown, until
nightfall on the 24th October
Jews of all affiliations and of none
will be eating, singing and praying
together, across the globe.
Some will “keep” the Shabbat
in its entirety, by turning off the car,
the phone, the TV, the computer, the iPad and the radio;
they will light candles and pray Friday night,
Shabbat morning, afternoon and evening, and share
three meals with family and friends.
Others will do one or more of those.
As our family in Israel struggles
with an avalanche of stabbings and terror attacks,
there is something we can do for them –
we can do a mitzvah – we can keep this one Shabbat
to bring them peace and safety.
DHC has a full schedule for the Shabbos project and
we would love you to participate.
Pick as much or as little as you are happy with.
